Starting Your Search

Often you will start your search online by looking at homes, which is a fantastic way to get acquainted with the market. By the time you are pre-approved, we should have a good idea of your housing goals, timeline and desired outcome. Throughout the process we will discuss and help you refine your search criteria, send you direct and immediate listings that match your criteria via our local MLS, and get to know exactly the style and preferences you are seeking. We shop alongside you and will answer questions, research and provide comparable market data, especially as you get closer to making offers. We will also tour as many homes as needed to find “the one” and will point out many details and things to look (or watch out for) with each home we tour. Our knowledge of plumbing, electrical, roofs, etc is extensive as is our ability to help with remodeling visions.
