Maria Torres-Hafzalla
At the age of 14, Maria moved from Bogota, Colombia to Bellingham, Washington, eventually launching her career in real estate.
She began working at RE/MAX of Whatcom County in 2010. A pervasive issue at the time, many local homeowners could not afford their mortgage payments in the aftermath of the Great Recession. Aware of their turmoil, Maria used her savvy to negotiate hundreds of short sales to help homeowners protect their investments and avoid forced foreclosures.
After the market recovered, Maria became a traditional agent and marketing expert for one of Bellingham’s largest RE/MAX teams. She later spent two years as a senior agent at Redfin, helping nearly 100 buyers find homes.
Maria enjoys cooking, hiking, reading, and spending time with family during her free time.
Andrew "Fadi" Hafzalla
Andrew “Fadi” was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is passionate about helping his clients find their dream homes. With 18 years of real estate experience, he has sold hundreds of homes with over $100 million in sales.
He has worked in various roles over 11 years at two disruptors in the real estate industry, Zillow Group and Redfin, including as a traditional agent, brand ambassador, and director of industry outreach. Additionally, he has educated thousands of realtors nationally on using technology to meet consumer needs.
